It is an initiative that was launched in July and has got a huge amount of press as Prime Minister Modi travelled to the US to promote it. But let's take a moment to think about how you as a developer on txtWeb can make a difference. It's time to think out of the box and create apps that anyone, with any phone can use. In October, we'd like you to give it some thought and start creating apps that highlight e-learning, e-governance and e-health.
