Dr. Jennifer Litton had been treating breast cancer for more than 20 years when she became a patient herself following a mammogram that led to a biopsy. She shared with TODAY.com what she learned about the advances in treatment after undergoing it herself and how she handled the emotional side of the experience. “I’m in a much healthier, stronger place than I was last year," she said.
