According to the brand, these washable and reusable heel socks have sold over 2.6 million times. They're designed to treat dry and cracked heels with ingredients like jojoba seed oil, olive oil and vitamin E. Simply throw them on before you go to bed (pro tip: add a bit of lotion) and allow the gel lining inside to hydrate and moisturize your skin while you sleep. They're designed to feel comfortable enough to wear overnight, and Wu says they don’t make you feel too hot, since the toes are exposed. She also notes that they come in regular and wide sizes, and are hand-washable, so you can get multiple uses out of them.

Wu shares that she finds these all-purpose cushion insoles to be great alternatives to expensive custom-made orthotics. "I’ve been using these in my daily sneakers; walking through airports, doing a little exercise and basic running around the city," she says. "They feel great on my feet because they add cushioning to the sole, but the support is very subtle and very comfortable when standing and walking." She also adds that they can work for anyone who has a foot issue.

These "odor busterz" have a baking soda core that's designed to naturally absorb and neutralize stink for up to 60 days (per the brand), offering a mess-free alternative to sprays and powders. One editor who tested them against other options on the market loves how easy they are to use — just pop them in your stinky shoes to freshen them up. Wu says they can help with bacterial growth in your shoes but can also be used in bathroom cabinets, gym bags, and anywhere else you want to eliminate odor.

Breaking in a new pair of shoes this spring? You'll want to keep these bandages on hand — according to the brand, they're made with hydrocolloid technology that can help heal blisters, cuts and scrapes. Wu says they "stay on better than a regular Band-Aid because they are waterproof and have a five-day wear time and are designed to not fall off after you shower or walk around." The physical therapist also shares that these are what she gives athletes for wound coverage and adhesiveness.

These washable, quick-dry recovery shoes are ideal for after a workout or a full day of being on your feet. "The vents are great for air flow, and they are super lightweight and supportive," Wu notes, adding that the shoe has "a wide design to give you more room in the toe box, which is actually great for preventing or managing bunions." Plus, the shoe gives you just the right amount of cushioning and foot stimulation with the raised footbed nodes.

According to Wu, this tool is perfect for a self-massage of the feet and hands. "This is my go-to recommendation for anyone with plantar fasciitis, and it can be used anywhere," Wu says. "The firm rubber raised points are meant to stimulate blood flow when the right amount of pressure is applied." She adds that it's lightweight, easy to clean and great for travel.

Associate editor Shannon Garlin says she was impressed with the style and comfort of these flats, especially considering their affordable price point. They come with two removable insoles — one is a class knit and the other is cushioned — which Garlin says make a huge difference when it comes to getting the best wear. "[I] received a lot of compliments on them; people were surprised they came from an Amazon brand ..." she says.

Commerce writer Emma Stessman has tried many iterations of Hoka's Clifton sneaker, but she vouches that these are the best. "The brand took everything that people loved about the previous versions — plush feel and reliable support — and added even more cushioning and a widened toe box to make them feel roomier and even more comfortable. I love how good the cushioning feels for tired joints and overworked feet," she raves.

Writer Jannely Espinal says these are her go-to shoes for running errands and walking around the neighborhood. "I like how easy these are to slip on, especially when you're in a rush and need to head out," she shares. "The upper is made from a knit fabric that feels breathable and stretches out even when wearing thicker socks. I also have worn them for longer walks, and they keep my arches comfy at all times."

According to Wu, flat flip-flops can strain your feet, but she says this physical therapist-made option can “provide up to one inch of orthotic arch support, and have a tight toe strap, so your small foot muscles don’t have to work hard to keep the flip-flop on your feet,” she adds. Wu notes that the flip-flops should make walking easier, safer, more comfortable, “and better for your kinetic chain (muscle activation).”
