Meet Kerri, a Start TODAY member who's dedicating 2026 to caring for her body with intention. Living with chronic arthritis and after three spine surgeries, she chose Start TODAY because it meets her where she is. She began with the 7 Day Challenge, committed to a simple 5-minute daily habit, and built a routine centered on gentle strength, stretching, and consistency.
One workout quickly became part of her mornings: Karena's Lower Back Stretching routine. It's short, supportive, and designed to help her move through the day feeling stronger and more confident.
After just two weeks of doing our physical therapist–guided low back stretches daily, Kerri is already seeing meaningful flexibility progress — proof that even small, intentional actions can lead to real change.
