A Minnesota man is now facing criminal charges for trying to free Luigi Mangioni from a federal jail in New York. Prosecutors say 36-year-old Mark Anderson showed up at the Brooklyn Detention Center where Mangione has been held for more than a year posing as an FBI agent allegedly saying he had paperwork "signed by a judge" to release an inmate.
