President Donald Trump signed a bill yesterday to compel the Justice Department to release all documents related to civil and criminal cases involving the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein within 30 days. The directives are the result of a bipartisan House bill in support of transparency and accountability on behalf of Epstein's victims. Trump, who has consistently denied involvement in any of Epstein's crimes, had a longstanding opposition to the bill but reversed his stance on Sunday, saying "we have nothing to hide."
