Lester Holt announced in a note to staff yesterday that he is stepping down as the anchor of "NBC Nightly News" after a decade, but will remain in the NBC family. He will continue with a full-time role on "Dateline," where he has been the principal anchor for 15 years. NBC News did not immediately name his successor. |
