Francine made landfall in Louisiana as a Category 2 hurricane last night and has since weakened to a tropical storm. The system was moving north this morning while dumping huge amounts of rain across Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and the Florida Panhandle. Madison Hafen was hoping to make a precious cast of her newborn son's hand, and instead she got a baby bird. Hafen burst out laughing when she saw the cast was her son Stellman's tiny hand making like a driver who got cut off on the New Jersey Turnpike and giving her the middle finger.
