Emerson Bayse loves pickles, so when the 8-year-old heart transplant candidate at Boston Children's Hospital found out she could learn how to make them during her stay, she couldn't wait. "Her eyes lit up and she was like, 'We can do that?'" Boston Children's chef Sarah Bryce told TODAY.com.
