Tropical Storm Debby is moving over Georgia this morning and bringing a threat of dangerous flooding and potentially historic rainfall. At least five deaths have been confirmed since the storm made landfall in Florida yesterday, and rain of between 10 and 20 inches and as much as 30 inches in some places is expected in parts of Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina in the next few days. Team USA rower Justin Best decided to go for the gold a second time in Paris, and it was just as successful as his first attempt. After being part of the men's four rowing team that won its first gold medal since 1960, Best proposed to girlfriend Lainey Duncan live on TODAY yesterday. With the Eiffel Tower in the background, Best got down on one knee as Duncan happily accepted. "I got the gold and the girl — and she got the diamond!" Best said. See the sweet moment.
