Hurricane Debby could bring up to 2 feet of rain in some areas of the South after making landfall in Florida. Plus, Noah Lyles ends a 20-year American drought in the Olympic 100-meter race, and a mom's dress at her daughter's wedding causes a stir. | |

A YouTube video posted when Robby Novak was 9 years old led the internet phenomenon many remember as "Kid President" to rub shoulders with the Obamas, kiss Beyoncé on the cheek and co-write a book. Today, Novak lives a more private life, studying physical therapy in his small Tennessee town. Now 20, he's eligible to vote in his first presidential election. "Me and my friends, we love to talk politics," he told TODAY.com. See photos of Kid President all grown up. |
