Grammy winner Justin Timberlake has been charged with driving while intoxicated after a night out in Sag Harbor on New York's Long Island. Court documents say he failed to stop at a stop sign and swerved in two different places before being pulled over. NBC's Erin McLaughlin reports for TODAY.
