Following O.J. Simpson's death last week, attorney Malcolm LaVergne, who is the executor of Simpson's estate, told a Las Vegas newspaper that he would make sure the family of Ron Goldman got "zero, nothing" from the late football star's assets. On Sunday, LaVergne told NBC News those comments were "pretty harsh," and said he planned to resolve the situation with the Goldmans in "a calm and dispassionate manner." Single mom Mayah Hash, 24, learned Reason No. 832 why you shouldn't turn your back on a 3-year-old. Hash went into her son Paxton's bedroom to pick up some laundry when he scurried in behind her and shut the door, which had no doorknob. "We are really locked in this room," a frantic Hash realized.
