TODAY remembers Richard Engel’s beloved 6-year-old son, Henry

NBC's Richard Engel and his wife Mary Forrest announced the death of their beloved 6-year-old son, Henry, who bravely battled a rare disease called Rett syndrome. Engel remembered the "softest blue eyes," "easy smile," and "contagious" giggle that Henry gave to the world and the legacy of hope he leaves behind.
