Al Roker has decided to give up alcohol this month after vowing a healthier start to 2022.

It's important to have a support system, like Al and Craig supporting each other in the effort, and find enjoyable substitutes for alcoholic drinks, like an orange spritz with orange bitters, ice and sparkling water, designed to replace Al's favorite cocktail.
