Researchers say there is a sweet spot for falling asleep when it comes to your overall heart health: between 10 and 11 p.m. A report published in the European Heart Journal-Digital Health found that adults who went to bed from 11 to 11:59 p.m. had a 12% greater risk of heart disease, but those who fell asleep earlier than 10 p.m. or later than 12 a.m. were associated with a much greater risk.
