America prepares to mark 20th anniversary of 9/11

Saturday will be a day of remembrance and reflection from coast to coast, led by tributes and ceremonies at all three memorial sites of the 9/11 attacks. NBC senior national correspondent Tom Llamas reports from the site of the World Trade Center in New York and TODAY's Craig Melvin joins the show from the memorial to the heroes of United Flight 93 in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
