What to do if you lose your COVID-19 vaccine card

With more employers and public places requiring proof of vaccination for COVID-19, the vaccine card is becoming an important document.    What if you lose yours? It's not irreplaceable — if you misplace or damage the card, it should be possible to find a replacement, experts say.  First, try contacting the site where you were vaccinated since it would likely have a record of your visit.
