Happy International Women's Day. The coronavirus crisis has taken a heavy toll on women, with many exhausted as they juggle the demands of work and child care amid the stress of living through a pandemic.
Working from home often turns into "living at work." To avoid becoming overwhelmed, block off 15 minutes a day to worry, experts say. This designated time for worrying is your time to acknowledge any distress. When the 15 minutes are up, move on to the next thing.
When an anxious thought pops up at other times during the day, write it down and then return to it during your scheduled worry time.
