When we're arguing with our partners and it's the same old complaints coming up again and again, it's hard to understand how to break the cycle. Though there may be many reasons for the disagreements, one problem might be that we're projecting our own frustrations onto the other person.

  "If you're incessantly complaining about your partner, you are probably projecting your own doubts and insecurities onto your partner," one relationship coach told TODAY. "Look at your words as a mirror."
