When stress is high and your body feels fatigued, it's easy to go for processed "comfort" foods. But a few whole, real foods can actually start reversing the inflammation and bloating that may be weighing you down. Focus on "reset" foods, like sweet potatoes with skin-friendly beta carotene and fiber or proteins with Omega-3 oils like wild salmon or pecans, to boost your immune system.

When you feel sluggish, your gut may be bogged down, too. That's why foods with "good" bacteria, like kefir, and foods that contains pre-biotic fiber to feed the good bacteria, like asparagus, can help give you more energy.
