Try these meal plans and recipes to lose 10 pounds for fall

Losing a few extra pounds can feel daunting when you have to figure out all the food options yourself. Nutritionist Joy Bauer said she wanted to make it easy for people to eat healthy, delicious meals that can help with weight loss goals. Her "Drop 10 TODAY" plan has satisfying recipes for every meal, plus two snacks, per day.

Breakfast meals have a combination of 10 grams of protein and at least 4 grams of filling fiber to keep your energy going until lunchtime, which has meals that combine healthy fruits and veggies with proteins. For dinner, there's a "pre-game" strategy that helps you eat less, while still enjoying your favorite meals from her plan.
