Two hours a week could change your life. Spending at least that amount of time in nature is linked with good health and well-being, a new study has found. It didn't matter how those 120 minutes were achieved — whether over regular short walks in a local park or one long hike on the weekend — just as long as people met that weekly threshold.

Those who did had consistently higher levels of both physical and mental health than people who didn't seek out the great outdoors.

"Forest bathing" may be particularly soothing to your mind and soul. Follow the link to see how it works.
