Hey everyone, Jenna here with an update on our new book club! I loved our first #ReadWithJenna pick ("The Last Romantics," by Tara Conklin) and it seemed like a lot of you did, too. This month, I looked for a book that was as beautifully written until I found one that just seemed right.
It's a remarkable story about what it means to live called "The Unwinding of the Miracle."
The author, Julie Yip-Williams, was the age that I am now when she was diagnosed with cancer and I think that was one of the reasons I immediately connected with it. She wrote throughout the diagnosis for her two young daughters, for her husband, for her family and to make sense of her terminal diagnosis.
It's sad in so many ways, but for us who are still living, it's a great reminder that life is precious and it's a gift. I felt lucky and privileged to read it and I hope everybody else does too.
It's a thought-provoking read, so I hope you'll join our Facebook Group for some important conversations and share photos on Instagram (just tag your posts #ReadWithJenna) as you read along.
