Kayla Itsines, the Australian trainer behind popular "Bikini Body" guides who is listed as the world's most influential trainer by Forbes, focuses on workouts you can do anywhere. She shared three simple exercises that you can do at home to tone your upper and lower body. Do 10-12 reps of each exercise for three or four rounds for a great circuit.
