That unwell feeling you're having could be the first sign of a heart attack. Will you or your doctor dismiss it as just the flu?

February is American Heart Month and while chest pain is still the No. 1 warning sign of a heart attack for both sexes, doctors urge women to also pay attention to lightheadedness or dizziness. When it comes to heart attack symptoms, women have more shortness of breath, or nausea and vomiting than men. Women also more frequently have pain in the neck, jaw, throat, abdomen or back.
