Meal prep is key to healthy eating, says nutritionist Keri Glassman. Just 30 minutes on a Sunday (or any day you prefer) can provide you with an entire week of home-cooked eating — and reduced stress. A few basics of food prep that can be mixed and matched for meals include hard boiled eggs, a big batch of wild rice, grilled chicken cut into strips and chopped raw veggies.
