A simple way to stay motivated on your health journey

Stop focusing on the scale. Instead, focus on non-scale victories like: inches lost, weekly progress photos, how your clothes fit, how you feel and other positive changes you'll notice when you start looking for them. Has your sleep improved? Does your skin look better? Do you have more energy? Focus on these things instead of the scale, and you'll be more motivated to keep going!
