Fall brings cold and flu season as well as the temptation of fattening foods. Dr. Mehmet Oz of "The Dr. Oz Show" is on TODAY to share some of his favorite ways to stay healthy in autumn, like training your kids to wash their hands frequently and get adequate sleep. He also recommends fresh fall fruits and vegetables for good nutrition.
