It's not everyday that a 63-year-old graces the pages of Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit Issue. Then again, not everyone is Christie Brinkley. We were pumped to see the supermodel – who once made history by appearing on their cover three consecutive years – return to her modeling roots and even happier to see that she posed with her daughters. The fierce mama (who posed with daughters Alexa Ray Joel, 31, and Sailor Brinkley Cook, 18) argues that celebrity kids in shouldn't be under media scrutiny until they choose to go into the spotlight. Speaking of celebrity offspring, two new faces made their modeling debut this fashion week at the J.Crew show. Did you recognize Molly Ringwald's and Julianne Moore's daughters?
And while Blake Lively's little ones are a little young to be considering modeling careers, the actress already wants to confront "unrealistic beauty standards and beauty norms" on their behalf.
"For me, it's important for my daughters to know that it's not real life," she told Refinery29.
