Learn the DREAM method for getting kids to sleep
It's important for kids to get a good night's sleep, but getting them through the night is a lot easier said than done. The TODAY Parenting Team asked contributors to share their stories. Dr. Carol Ash, the director of sleep medicine at Meridian Health, offers tips: Put kids to bed drowsy, develop consistent rules and routines, eliminate screens from the bedroom, create a soothing ambiance, and model a good example.
