When Breanna Fowler decided she needed to alter the way she approached weight loss, she started with simple workouts for beginners from two YouTube accounts that she could do at home. That initial exercise led the 29-year-old from Illinois to add a strength routine that has helped her lose 107 pounds over three years. "You must experience discomfort in order to grow," she tells TODAY.com. "And once you start, once you hit that first milestone that you keep telling yourself that you can never accomplish, that’s when you realize nothing is impossible."
