Elizabeth Smart, a child sexual abuse survivor who is now an advocate for other survivors of sexual violence, has a surprising new title on her resume: bodybuilder. Smart, 38, posted a photo on Instagram of herself in a bikini from a recent competition with an uplifting message. "This was a big change for me, it was hard, it pushed me, challenged me not to give up. I am so proud of myself for doing this. I am so proud of my body, and I want to celebrate it," she wrote.

Texas dad Kent Burris, the 62-year-old TikTok sensation known as "Dine with Kent," has shared his exploration of foreign cuisines that all began at a Nigerian restaurant. He has since tried Salvadoran, Bosnian, Persian, Nepali and Uyghur dishes while urging others to explore the food of different cultures. “Look, I know the tendency to keep it safe, since I’m an old white guy, right?” he tells TODAY.com about his visits to different restaurants. “I tell them, I don’t want you to play it safe with me. I want to know what I would eat if I was sitting in your country.”
