Bowen Yang posts a message of gratitude and reflection after his surprising departure from "Saturday Night Live." Plus, a dietitian shares the No. 1 nut with the most omega-3 fatty acids for heart health, and a trainer outlines her favorite exercise to lower blood sugar after a big meal.
Bowen Yang shed some light on his surprising exit from "Saturday Night Live" after appearing in his final episode on Dec. 20, one day after news broke that he was leaving the show. Yang, who had been with "SNL" since 2018, shared a reflection on Instagram. "I'm grateful for every minute of my time there," he wrote. "I learned about myself (bad with wigs). I learned about others (generous, vulnerable, hot). I learned that human error can be nothing but correct."
All nuts contain heart-healthy fatty acids along with fiber and protein, but there's one variety that has the most omega-3s by far. Registered dietitian and TODAY.com nutrition editor Natalie Rizzo breaks down the three types of omega-3 fatty acids and shares the No. 1 type of nut with the most healthy fats, as well as four other nutritious options.
