It's day 8 of our 100-Mile Challenge!
We are now officially a quarter way through the challenge, which means you should have logged about 25 miles. If you're falling short, don't worry! You have plenty of time to get your steps in. Planning is key, so take a look at your calendar and see where you can squeeze in some extra mileage this week.
Al Roker says "it's the little things that make a difference" (and he would know — he logged 30 miles in week 1!). Some of the simple ways he suggests adding more steps to your daily count include walking to your neighbor's house instead of driving and parking further away from the store.
