Stanley Tucci opened up this year about being diagnosed with oral cancer in 2017. This week, he shared two of his favorite recipes with TODAY. One is a soup that he credits with helping him rebuild strength during cancer treatment. "For almost two years, with the exception of stocks and broths, I ate a primarily vegetarian diet. The following dish was a staple, as it was easy to swallow and basically contained all the nutrients I needed to keep myself healthy," he said. "I can honestly say that after all this time I am still not sick of it because it's really delicious.
