You never know what you'll read on our Start TODAY Facebook group — and this post from member Diane Hughes stopped us dead in our tracks:
"Went out for my walk yesterday and I did the shoulder rolls and continued on my walk. I looked down the road and saw someone else walking on a cross street and she was doing shoulder rolls. So I yelled 'Start TODAY!' and the woman turned and showed she was wearing the group t shirt! We shared a 'woohoo' and a fist pump and continued on our walks! If you are that person and are reading this, thanks for the added encouragement in the moment! We are everywhere! Walk on everyone and have a great day!"
