Not drinking enough water? Plan your water around your walk! Drink a cup before you head out the door — maybe hit the restroom first! — and then start your walk. When you get back from your walk, drink another cup of water. Use this same strategy before and after meetings, appointments, any time you leave the house, before you cook a meal and after you clean up, etc. |

Actor and comedian Tom Arnold recently opened up to TODAY about his 80-pound weight loss after suffering from a ministroke. Arnold says the key to getting started was identifying "his why" — and that he was motivated to get healthy to reduce his odds of dying young because he wants to be there for his young kids.
