A nationwide hunt continues for Kaitlin Armstrong, 35, who is accused of killing pro cyclist Moriah Wilson and has not been seen in nearly two weeks. Got leftover veggies? Throw them together with some pasta and pancetta (or bacon) for this easy minestrone soup from our own Dylan Dreyer that makes a quick weeknight meal. Extra portions of the veggie-packed meal can be kept in the freezer for lunch or dinner in case you have busy days coming up. And sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top for extra flavor. "My kids will complain when I make soup for dinner, but then they eat a whole bowl and ask for seconds," Dylan says. |

Al Roker and his wife, Deborah Roberts, were proud parents at church this week when their son, Nick, 19, gave a personal sermon to the congregation at New York City's St. James' Church. Nick, who is on the autism spectrum, gave a poignant speech reflecting on his hard work to earn straight A's in his last semester of high school, and how the church made him feel "accepted for who I am." "We are bursting with pride," Roberts wrote on Instagram. See the video Al shared of the special moment. |
