Baby blue became royal blue on Easter as the Duchess of Cambridge and her 6-year-old daughter wore matching outfits to the traditional service at St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle. A Kentucky man with an anxiety disorder asked his coworkers not to celebrate his birthday because it would trigger a panic attack. But they did it anyway, throwing him a lunchtime surprise, according to a lawsuit. Days later, he was fired after a meeting in which he was "criticized" for his reaction, the lawsuit said. Last month, a jury awarded the man $450,000 after finding that he suffered an "adverse employment action" because of his anxiety disability, court documents showed. |

A medical mystery has enshrouded Colonia High School in Woodbridge, N.J., where Al Lupiano, a man living with a non-cancerous brain tumor, has found more than 100 other people who either graduated from the school or worked there mostly from 1972-2000 who have developed brain tumors. Lupiano's sister died from a brain tumor in February, and his two nieces are current students at Colonia. "That's enough evidence that we have to act," Woodbridge Mayor John McCormac told us. |
