This brow gel is one of Garcia's personal favorite products for creating fuller, natural-looking brows without appearing too thick or heavy. It's also a convenient two-in-one product. "Usually I have to use a brow pencil or pen to fill in and darken, and then use a gel to keep brows in place, but this product does both," Garcia says. According to the brand, the lightweight, gel-like formula can also keep brows in place for up to 16 hours. |
