Oscar winner Russell Crowe has revealed that he's lost 55 pounds since he filmed his war film "Nuremberg" a year ago. During an appearance on "The Joe Rogan Experience" podcast, Crowe, 61, shared that he's cut back on alcohol, and treatments he's received for old injuries have allowed him to exercise hard again.
