The Pink Eraser Project will connect researchers at major medical centers across the country to build a pool of breast cancer survivors to help spread the word about joining trials. A little pick-me-up before you go. |
Cat Janice, 31, a mom and musician who is in hospice with cancer, wrote a song for her 7-year-old son after the disease was found in her lungs. She changed over all the rights to the song to her son's name because she wanted to "leave him behind something." Her TikTok followers have honored her wish by pushing "Dance You Outta My Head" to No. 1 on the Apple iTunes charts in multiple countries and the Top 10 in the U.S. Other moms have shared videos of themselves dancing to the song with messages of support for Janice. "I'm just honestly so blown away by everyone's love and how they've supported me through this and shared this story," Janice told us. "I really do believe it's a miracle to be able to witness this."
