Convicted murderer Danelo Cavalcante, who escaped from Chester County Prison in Pennsylvania on Aug. 31, was spotted again over the weekend and looks to have changed his appearance, police said. Cavalcante visited the homes of two former coworkers on Saturday night who were not there at the time, and an image captured on a doorbell camera showed he had shaved off his beard and was wearing a hooded sweatshirt, police said. He also stole a white van that was found abandoned about 40 minutes from the original search perimeter, authorities said. "No perimeter is 100% secure ever. I'm not going to make an excuse to you. I wish it would not have happened," Lt. Col. George Bivens of the Pennsylvania State Police said at a news conference. Keep reading. |

A little pick-me-up before you go. |
Every day that Jayna Smith gets picked up from her Los Angeles high school, there's the possibility her dad might put on a show. Jevin Smith has made embarrassing his daughter into an art form, but she can't help but smile. He has done everything from dress up as MC Hammer and bust out moves to "2 Legit 2 Quit" in his parachute pants and gold jacket to donning a curly wig and getting down to Chaka Khan's "I Feel for You" outside the school. "In the beginning, when he first started doing it, I was like, this is unbearable," Jayna told us. "Now I think it's hilarious. There's never a time when I'm upset. He's like a celebrity at school now. Everyone loves his TikTok." See Jevin's hilarious performances here. |
