The TODAY co-host shared the progress he's been making after undergoing a procedure called Intracept aimed at helping him heal from decades of nagging back pain. Carson, 48, hurt his back in the '90s in a snowmobile accident while working for MTV. Over the years, he tried physical therapy, yoga, massages and even cupping, but nothing worked.
