The bipartisan congressional committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol shared stunning new video last night of rioters attacking police and powerful testimony from a Capitol Police officer who battled the mob. The televised hearing also included testimony from family and allies of former President Trump admitting that his claims that the 2020 election was stolen were false. The televised hearings are expected to last through July, here's how to watch them.

Carson Daly talks about the 'breakthrough' procedure he went through after decades of chronic back pain.

The TODAY co-host shared the progress he's been making after undergoing a procedure called Intracept aimed at helping him heal from decades of nagging back pain. Carson, 48, hurt his back in the '90s in a snowmobile accident while working for MTV. Over the years, he tried physical therapy, yoga, massages and even cupping, but nothing worked. So far, though, the dad of 4 said the procedure has helped. "I don't want to be in pain," he said. "I want to play golf, I want to wrestle with my kids. I want to be better." Britney Spears' first husband was arrested at her home after saying he was there to 'crash' her wedding.

Jason Alexander, the man Britney Spears was married to for 55 hours in 2004, was arrested at Spears' home in California yesterday, Ventura County police said. Alexander was chased by security, tasered and arrested on an outstanding felony warrant from 2016 and also subsequently arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor battery, vandalism and trespassing. Alexander allegedly broadcast a video of the incident on Instagram live, showing him entering a house, making his way into a wedding tent and saying he was there to "crash" the pop star's reported wedding to fiancé Sam Asghari.

⛳ PGA suspends players who have gone to a breakaway league that has the financial backing of Saudi Arabia.

The PGA tour said yesterday that it's suspending all current and future golfers who choose to play in the new LIV Golf series that is financially backed by Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund. The tour suspended at least 17 players, including major stars Phil Mickelson, Dustin Johnson and Sergio Garcia, who have faced questions of helping Saudi Arabia to rehabilitate its reputation on human rights, including the killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

When 25-year-old Kaitlyn Munoz found out from doctors that she couldn't safely handle another pregnancy due to kidney damage, her mother made her a life-changing offer that Munoz called "the greatest gift in the world." Chalise Smith, 50, said she would carry the two embryos her daughter had left from in-vitro fertilization as a surrogate. Smith gave birth to Munoz's baby girl last month. "It was very emotional," Smith told us. "We just had a moment of glory on this earth, just a moment of heaven."
