The triceps -- the muscles behind the arm, opposite of the bicep – are a common trouble spot.
Many people complain about this area and want to know how to tone it. There are plenty of exercises that will help you accomplish just that. Tricep dips are one of personal trainer Stephanie Mansour's favorite moves. Sitting on the ground, place your palms behind you with your fingers facing your body. Move your bottom back toward your hands and press down through your feet to lift it up. Bend your elbows straight back to lower down into the dip, then press down through your hands to come up to the starting position. Repeat 10 times.
