Peloton instructor Tunde Oyeneyin commands a room, often reaching more than 20,000 people each time she goes live on the bike. Yet when Oyeneyin was 13, she weighed 200 pounds and wore a size 18. She opened up to TODAY about her health journey and how she stopped focusing on the number on the scale.
"One day, I decided to focus on what I was gaining rather than losing. During this journey I gained confidence, self-love and new friends. I gained a career!" she said.
